Data Retention Policy

Last updated: Placeholder date

This policy describes how long OrianArc retains personal data collected through our website and consulting engagements, and the principles that guide our retention decisions.

1. Retention Principle

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, to meet legal or contractual obligations, or to resolve disputes.

2. Contact and Enquiry Data

Information submitted through our contact or consultation forms is retained for the period reasonably needed to respond to the enquiry, and is deleted or anonymised thereafter unless a client engagement follows.

3. Client Engagement Data

Data collected in the course of an active consulting engagement, including survey and campaign data, is retained for the duration of the engagement and for a limited period afterward, in line with applicable record-keeping obligations.

4. Deletion

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised, except where continued retention is required by law.

5. Requests for Earlier Deletion

You may request earlier deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal or contractual obligations that require us to retain it, by contacting us through the details on our Contact page.
